Rosemary Paciolla Mc Cabe

Heaven has gained a beautiful angel, Rosemary Paciolla Mc Cabe, 68 of Gloversville passed away on February 10, 2022, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born August 28, 1953, in Gloversville the daughter of the late Ralph G. and Edna M. Dence Paciolla. Rosemary graduated from GHS in 1971 and the College of St. Rose in 1975 with a bachelor's degree in education. She began teaching in Stratford Central School in 1975, then accepting a position at GHS until her retirement of 33 years. Rosemary married the love of her life, Richard Mc Cabe on July 24,1982 and shared 29 years of marriage until his passing on December 1, 2011. Survived by her son Chauncey, stepdaughter Kimberly (Aaron) Ryle, sister Gloria (Walter) Hertik, brother Andy Paciolla, step grandchildren, Zachary Mc Cabe, Noah, Alex and Conor Ryle, step great grandson, Karter Ryle, many loving nieces, nephews and cousins as well of her grand doggie Nemo whom she loved very much. Rosemary wanted to especially thank her niece, Connie Lyn Brancato who took such loving care of her throughout her illness and was by her side holding her hand when she passed. She also wanted to thank her neighbor and very good friend Darlene Etherton, Jennifer Brownell, Jennifer Claus, Zachary Mc Cabe and Lisa Wolz for assisting with her care, as well as the support care staff, Sue, Stephanie and Amy all from Hospice. Friends may call Thursday February 17, 2022, from 6-7:30 PM at Amico Funeral Home, 150 South Main Street, Gloversville, where services will be held at 7:30 PM with Pastor Al Johnson, Rosemary's cousin.
